2020 Review

Dear Praying Friends,

We have once again entered my favorite time of year! Starting off with a time of thanksgiving, leading to a celebration of the gift of God to all mankind, and ending with a clean start to start anew, it is such a wonderful reflection of how God has saved each and every one of us who call Him Abba!

I count it one of life’s greatest joys to be able to serve both with and for you. I have greatly enjoyed the many calls and texts I have received asking for prayer, and proclaiming Gods answer to those prayers. I look forward to continuing to pray with and for you in the coming year.

I believe it fitting to use this time to reflect on what has happened this year. We have seen Gods hand move in a special way. We started the year in southern California in January and northern Mexico in February. Just as my grandpa used to do, with a strong focus on soulwinning, and reaching the lost. In March, we had the privilege to return to our ministry’s roots in the heart of Guadalajara, where my grandfather and father learned to speak the Spanish language. Shortly after we had returned the world was met with what some have called a global catastrophe This virus that many consider to be a curse, I count a blessing. It gave me time to spend with my Papa before the Lord took Him home in May, and it has forced me to stretch and grow in ways I never believed I could. Since my father’s homecoming, we have continued to travel and serve and seen His power in the lives of those who obeyed Him no matter what. In November we held our Annual southeastern conference in South Carolina, and we saw a true revival of Gods people and now I head to San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Preach the Name Of Jesus

As James said, “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.” While it has been a challenge and a trial, God has never led us, where his Grace could not reach us. His pruning of us is so that we may bare more fruit to His name! God has burdened me with the great need that many are facing in despair and despondency, and I am very happy to let you know that my Papa in Gods wisdom wrotte a short book on this very subject before He was called home. I Hope to have it finish proofed and reviewed in time to help those facing this challenge in the first part of the coming year.

In His Service,                                                                                                                             Benjamin Garlick

P.S. Please continue to stand firm in your support of Gods servants. We rely on God to use your faithfulness during these times of great trial to continue to press on.
